What you may and may not do with this website, what an enquiry does and does not create, and the law that governs both.
Agreement, and what this covers
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.primelynxglobal.com in both its English and Arabic versions. Browsing the site or submitting anything through it means you accept them. You confirm you are at least 18, and that where you use the site for an organisation you have authority to accept for it — in which case "you" means that organisation.
PrimeLynx Global is an engineering, facilities and technology group headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operating twelve service divisions. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these terms. Where the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
This is not your project contract
These terms cover the website. Any project, supply or service we deliver is governed by the contract, purchase order or work order signed for it — and where that document and this one disagree, that document wins.

Using this site
This site is published for businesses. There is nothing to buy, nothing to log into and no account to create, so using it properly is largely a matter of not attacking it.
You may browse, read, search, print and save pages; download our brochures and capability statements and share them inside your organisation; quote short extracts in a tender, report or article, naming PrimeLynx Global as the source; and link to any page here, provided the link does not suggest an endorsement or relationship that does not exist.
You must not:
- Republish, resell or redistribute our content as your own, or strip our name and marks from it
- Present our material as another company's work, or use it in a bid against us
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site, or run bots beyond ordinary search engine indexing
- Attempt unauthorised access to the site, its server or its mail routes, or probe its security
- Send malware, use a form here for spam or phishing, or interfere with the site's availability for anyone else
- Submit false or impersonated information, or use the site in breach of Saudi law, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law
We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe the site is being used in any of those ways, and may report unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities.
Enquiries, quotations and contracts
Every form on this site is an enquiry and nothing more. Submitting one does not create a contract, reserve capacity or oblige us to take the work on — and it does not oblige you to anything either. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send us.
Nothing here is an offer
Service descriptions, capability statements and indicative timelines are an invitation to discuss, not an offer capable of acceptance. Prices are not published here.
A quotation is a separate document
Scope, price, programme and terms come in a written proposal issued to you by name, each with its own validity period.
A contract forms when it is signed
We are bound only once a contract, purchase order or work order is signed or formally accepted by an authorised signatory. No page here, and no automated acknowledgement, has that effect.
A booking request is a request
Choosing a date on the consultation form tells us what suits you; it is confirmed when someone from the division writes back.
Do not send sensitive material through a web form
Health information, national ID or iqama scans, bank and card details, and commercially confidential documents should never go into a website form or ordinary email. If an engagement requires them, your project lead will arrange a secure route.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site — text, structure, photography, illustration, data tables, design and code — is owned by PrimeLynx Global or used under licence, and protected by Saudi copyright law and international treaties. "PrimeLynx", our logo and our division marks, including PrimeLynx Air, Prime Gensets and PrimeFix, are our trademarks, and nothing here licenses you to use them.
You may view, print and download material and circulate it within your organisation to evaluate or work with us. That permission is personal, non-exclusive, revocable and limited to that purpose — do not edit our material, rebrand it, or pass it on as somebody else's work.
If you believe material published here infringes a right you hold, write to info@primelynxglobal.com with what the material is, where it appears and what right it infringes.
Material you send us
Project details, drawings, specifications and company profiles you send us stay yours, and we claim no right in them beyond answering you and, if it goes that far, delivering the work. By sending them you confirm you are entitled to, and that they infringe no one else's rights and break no confidentiality obligation.
A web form is not a confidential channel
Anything you submit here travels by ordinary email to one of our mailboxes. The route is not encrypted end to end and carries no formal duty of confidence. If your material needs one, ask us for an NDA before you send it — we sign them routinely.
A suggestion you send us unprompted about this site, a service or a product may be used freely and without obligation or payment. Send inventions or business proposals you expect to be paid for under a written agreement instead.
Accuracy, availability and links
We keep this site accurate and current, but it is a marketing and information site, not a technical specification.
- Service descriptions set out what a division typically does, not what will be in your scope of work
- Project pages describe work delivered under conditions specific to that project, and promise no outcome elsewhere
- Capacities, ratings, timelines and figures are indicative, and are confirmed only in a written proposal
- Certifications and partner relationships are accurate at the date shown; photographs may be illustrative
Before you commit to a tender, a budget or a design decision, ask us in writing and we will confirm the specifics for your case.
We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or fault-free, and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Links out to our portals, regional sites, social pages, Google Maps and the sites of partners and clients are not an endorsement, and we take no responsibility for anything we do not operate.
Careers and recruitment
Vacancies published here are genuine at the time of publication and may be filled, amended or withdrawn without notice. Applying creates no employment relationship, no offer, and no obligation on us to interview or respond.
We never charge anyone to apply for a job
PrimeLynx Global asks candidates for no payment at any stage — no application, processing, visa, training, medical or placement fee, and no deposit of any kind. If someone asks you to pay to work for us, it is not us. Report it to info@primelynxglobal.com before you send anybody money.
Recruitment fraud using stolen company branding is common across the region. Genuine correspondence from us comes from a primelynxglobal.com address — not a free webmail account, and not a lookalike domain.
Disclaimers and liability
This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law permits, we exclude all warranties not expressly set out here. Nothing here is engineering, technical, legal or financial advice; engineering advice from us comes from a named engineer, in writing, under an engagement.
To the same extent, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site, your inability to use it, or your reliance on it — in particular:
- Loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings or goodwill
- Loss of or damage to data, and the cost of restoring it
- Business interruption, wasted expenditure or wasted management time
- Any indirect or consequential loss, however it arises
- Damage from malware or an attack reaching your equipment through your use of this site
- Anything arising from a third-party site or service you reach from here
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from this website — across all claims taken together — is limited to one thousand Saudi riyals (SAR 1,000). You indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or material you submit that infringes a third party's rights or breaks the law.
What we do not exclude
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Our liability for work we deliver for you is dealt with in the contract for that work, on its own limits.
Governing law, and changes to these terms
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of this website including non-contractual claims, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of Riyadh have exclusive jurisdiction.
This site is operated from the Kingdom and aimed at the markets we serve. If you access it from another jurisdiction you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for your own local law.
If any provision of these terms is found unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the rest continues in force. If we do not enforce a provision on some occasion, that is not a waiver of it.
We update these terms when the site changes or the law does; the version in force is the one published here at the time you use the site. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will say so on the site.
